Shipping policy

Bailey Made It does not offer any Exchanges, Refunds or Returns on any kind of items offered in our online store. All sales are final.

Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis if the item was damaged during transit to the buyer. In this case, the buyer may be eligible for an Exchange or Refund.

To be eligible for an Exchange or Refund on an item damaged during transit to the buyer, you will need to provide a photo of the product, within two days of the delivery date listed from the shipping provider. 

To start an Exchange or Refund claim, you can contact us at bailey@baileycopithorne.com. If your claim is accepted, we will send you instructions on how to proceed with an Exchange or Refund. 

Customers are responsible to pay in full for any shipping or customs fees associated with a purchase from Bailey Made It.
